Configuration: This consists of two tubes, one on the outside, fixed
  to the handle, and one on the inside. Both has a socket on each
  end for a total of 4 sockets. The inside tube slides back and
  forth in the outer tube, and locks in position with a locking ring
  at the end of its full travel. Pushing firmly on the end of the
  inside tube releases it from the locking ring, allowing it to slide
  back through the outer tube to the other side. This configuration
  allows the inner tube, with its smaller sockets, to be fully
  exposed when in use, or pushed completely out of the way of the
  larger sockets on the outer tube.
