General description: This is one of two pieces that make up
  Comtec's TP HH8RITA and TP HH8RIBA hinge set. It is the
  aluminum portion only, and two are required to make either
  an upper or lower hinge.

    Fork holes: 17/64" (between 1/4" and 9/32")
    Hole in back of fork: 13/64" (between 3/16" and 7/32")
  Hole to hole OC
    From first to second hole: 1-1/16"
    From second to third hole: 1-1/8"
    From third to fourth hole: 1-1/16"
  The first and fourth mounting holes are further from
    the outside edge of the forks than the second and third
    mounting holes. Distance from edge of fork:
      To the edge of the first and fourth holes: 3/8"
      To the edge of the second and third holes: 1/4"
Barrel
  Descriptions
  - The center of the barrel lines up with the back wall
    of the fork bracket
  - The inside surface of the round barrel is corrugated
    with grooves that run the length of the barrel, and
    marry up to the corrugated surface of the black nylon
    hinge inserts. This gives the two pieces 'bite'.
