Replacement bottom door hinge assembly for Sanymetal brand baked enamel door.

This consists of:
- An upper gravity hinge candle, to which a
- Bottom door insert is attached.
The candle is broken down into the following, starting from the top:
  - A heavy steel hex shaped pintle rod wrapped in a steel spring
  - A nylon cam inside a nylon housing
  - A tail, part-tapered/part threaded, extending from the bottom
    of the cam
  - Hex nut, which holds the candle and bottom door insert together
