This is a three-piece assembly for
  Fiat partitions, and includes:
  1. Turn knob (female side)
  2. Escutcheon plate (male side)
  3. Slide bolt with flat, rectangular tip

Turn knob
  Material: Chrome plated zamak
  Dia of outside rim: 1-3/4"
  Dia of inside rim: 1-7/32"
  Handle
    Length: 1-3/4"

    Width (wider at outer ends)
      At outer ends: 11/32"

  There are two holes, which receive two posts
    that are on the escutcheon plate
      Dia: 1/4"

Escutcheon plate (male side)

  There are two posts extending out of the escutcheon plate
    which snap into two holes on the turn knob:

Bolt

  Offset: 5/16"
  There is a half-moon shaped cutout near the tip of the bolt
