Comtec Wrap Around Aluminum Bottom Hinge

Heavy-duty extruded aluminum, 8'' wrap-around hinge. Bright dipped anodized finish. A 1/2'' cardboard spacer is placed on the nylon insert between hinge so there is enough room for the lower half of the hinge to move up with the cam action of the top hinge.

Mounting holes dia and style:

On back of bracket: 7/32" countersunk hole
Fork Hole to hole OC:
- From first to second hole: 1-1/16"
- From second to third hole: 1-1/8"
- From third to fourth hole: 1-1/6"
The first and fourth mounting holes are further from the
outside edge of the fork than the second and third holes,
to make the mounting area stronger. Distance from edge of fork:
- To the edge of the first and fourth holes: 3/8"
- To the edge of the second and third holes: 1/4"
Barrel
Descriptions:
- The center of the barrel lines up with the back wall
of the fork bracket
- The inside surface of the round barrel is corrugated with
grooves that run the length of the barrel, and marry up
to the corrugated surface of the black nylon hinge inserts.
This gives the two pieces 'bite' against each other.
