Lift - This piece has
- A main portion, which has a padlock hole and slot to fit over
    the housing
- A finger extending off the back of it, which has a 90 degree bend
    to the left, and fits into the lockbar.

Housing - consists of the following:
- A wide frame portion that runs the parimeter around a thinner
  inside portion, which the lift slides on
- Mounting hole at the bottom of the frame, just above the tail.
- A tab at the top of the frame that has a 90 degree bend upward.
  This tab fits into a slot in the locker door
- A vertical, rectangular cutout in the center of the inside metal.
  The back part of the cutout (the part closest to the locker) acts
  as a stop for the lift. On the front side of this cutout is a
  smaller, rounded cutout for a padlock. This rounded cutout lines
  up with the padlock hole on the lift protion.
