Replacement lift handle with housing for Worley locker.

This handle assembly consists of:
- WR-9912 Slide lift, which has
  - A padlock hole
  - A square 'dimple' on each side, for the fingers it fit,
    for easier lifting
- WR-9911 Housing, which has, starting at the top:
  - Finger tabs, coming off of the top rear of the face plate
    for securing the housing onto the locker door
  - A cutout section in the middle, which exposes the lift -
  - A padlock hole
  - Worly's name imprinted on the face plate, just below
    the slide lift housing
  - Mounting holes at the back of the housing, one at the top
    and one near the bottom
- WR-PIN Roll pin For attaching lift to lock bar
- Mounting hardware
