STI's Stopper II consists of a clear, tamper-proof, supertough polycarbonate shield and frame that fits over manual pull stations. When lifted to gain access to the actual alarm, it sounds a piercing self-contained 95 dB or 105 dB warning horn (at 1 foot). Immediate attention is drawn to the area and a prankster will either run or be caught. Alarm cover measures 5-1/2"w x 7"h x 2-3/4"d. Power source is one 9 VDC battery. Tested and accepted by fire prevention authorities and UL.
